As you know from the Annual Meeting, we are raising money for our new Athletic Complex! As a neighborhood, we voted to enhance this already pretty amazing neighborhood with a court that will be multi-use, and now we have it. Basketball, tennis and pickleball will be available for play across the parking lot from the pool. The HOA has budgeted for part ($100K), but we need your help to raise the rest (another $150K).
The difference between a fundraiser and a pledge campaign is pretty cool. The pledge you offer is a promise to donate when we meet the goal. So you don't need to give us cold hard cash or check - yet.
The campaign begins March 1, 2025, and the fundraising committee will receive pledges until the goal is reached. Pledges will not be requested as monetary donations until the goal is met.
