Fall Fest - Saturday afternoon, October 5, 2pm to 4pm. Come enjoy family fun with Bounce House, Face Painter, Smores, Snacks, Beverages and a little Football Watching. Back by popular demand - our Fall Fest Koozie 2024 edition! Tickets on sale soon.
Halloween Pizza Party - Thursday, October 31st we will kick off trick or treating at the pool with free pizza! Even if you don't have kids, stop by to see the costumes! More details to come as we get closer.
Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot - This fun neighborhood walk is also a canned food drive! Join us Thursday morning, November 28 before your family celebrates Thanksgiving. Details to come.
Holiday Christmas Party - Save the date! Saturday, December 7th at The Clubhouse at Carolina Golf at Botany Woods. Details to come.
Neighborhood Garage Sale
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 9 from 8am to 11am. The garage sale will take place in your own garage or driveway, but the neighborhood will advertise this multi-home, neighborhood event to create extra buzz. More details to come or reach out to Ally via the
