BW Food Drive 
Normally we collect food during the Turkey Trot, but this year our neighbors are organizing this event a little differently. The BW Food Drive will be supporting children and families at Lake Forest Elementary School. Here’s how you can help:
  • Donation Bags Delivered: Volunteers have been dropping off bags with instructions 
  • Fill & Return: Please fill your bag with non-perishable food items and place outside your door Sunday, Nov. 23 by 12 pm. If needed, you can schedule an early pick-up if Nov. 23 does not work for you.

Swim Team Luminary Fundraiser 
The Bolts’ beloved Luminary Night is coming back. Please see below for all the details, and thank you for supporting our swim team.
This year we’re creating one shared “Glow Route” through Botany Woods for everyone to enjoy!  All neighbors are welcome to join us Sunday, December 7th (5–6 PM) at the pool shelter for cocoa, cookies, and community cheer; followed by the neighborhood parade at 6 PM.
How to Sponsor:
  • Glow Sponsor $30 | Light up 10 luminaries along the Glow Route
  • Glow Up Sponsor $60 | Light up 20 luminaries + name on event signage
  • Venmo @bwbolts (preferred)
  • Cash or check to Hunter Allen, Treasurer
  • Sponsorships due November 26th
All proceeds benefit the Botany Woods Swim Team — our only fundraiser of the year! Your support powers our swimmers, coaches, and all the Bolt spirit that lights up our season. Flyer and more details on the Resident Access page.
 
Botany Woods Holiday Christmas Party
Let's get ready to Jingle and Mingle at this year's Botany Woods Holiday Party! Please join us for a lovely evening with BW friends and neighbors at the Carolina Club at Botany Woods, located at 1409 Edwards Road, on Saturday, December 13th from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The event will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres, an open bar, and delicious desserts. RSVP by December 5th. Festive holiday attire encouraged!
